This is the main street in Beijing during the coronavirus outbreak.

In the early days of the coronavirus outbreak, in January, February and March, the number of confirmed cases in China increased dramatically. The Chinese government has adopted a nationwide compulsory quarantine, followed by a collective nucleic acid test, which can narrow the transmission route of the virus to a large extent, and accurately screen out confirmed cases for concentrated treatment. This approach is key to controlling coronavirus transmission. So the number of confirmed cases was effectively brought under control in March.

This is the statistic during the coronavirus outbreak.

After March, the Chinese government controlled the spread of the virus at source. The Chinese government has put in place a travel ban while controlling the epidemic, which ensures that the source of the virus in China will not spread abroad, and people imported from abroad will be quarantined for 28 days to ensure safety.

In the early days of the epidemic, China implemented a health code to ensure people’s health, as well as the results of nucleic acid tests. Quarantine was lifted in April of 2020, and people gradually resumed their normal lives, but visitors to public areas were required to check their health codes.

At the same time, manufacturing and retail started to recover, which helped China’s economy a lot, because all the manufacturing, retail and electronics industries were shut down during the outbreak. The blow to China’s economy is huge. After the epidemic has been effectively contained, economic recovery is the primary goal. From the beginning of the outbreak, China was the first country to adopt quarantine measures, which effectively controlled the spread of the epidemic. China was also the first country to recover its economy during the epidemic. China’s approach has been endorsed by the World Health Organization (WHO) and promoted. Until now, China has successfully developed the coronavirus vaccine, coupled with China’s control of the epidemic in mainland China, mainland China has returned to normal life.
